This can happen if the IRS is still processing your return and has not updated your information. If you submitted a return in the last week or so, it can take the IRS up to 3 weeks to receive, process, and update information on your return.

 

If it has been longer than 21 days you can contact the IRS and speak to a tax specialist to see why you are unable to get any information about your return. https://www.irs.gov/refunds
