Will I get the $1400 stimulus check?

We cannot answer that.   The IRS is sending out those 3rd stimulus checks to some people who they have found that were eligible for the $1400 but did not receive it when it was sent for 2021.  Some people filed 2021 returns but were unaware that they could use the recovery rebate credit to get the $1400.   So the IRS is sending out some checks during the next month.  We have no way to know if you will receive one of those checks.   Did you file a 2021 return?   Were you eligible to receive the $1400?  If someone else could claim you as a dependent for 2021 you would not be eligible then or now.

Check to see if you received the $1400:

Check your own bank account for deposits of the stimulus checks, and check your online account with the IRS to see what the IRS shows they sent to you.

Try checking your online account with the IRS (and if you filed a joint return—check for BOTH of you)
