You know what grinds my gears about charging for "free" services?

Pompous, snide, remarks from companies that " aren't admitting any wrongdoing". 

"As part of the agreement, Intuit admitted no wrongdoing, agreed to pay $141 million to put this matter behind it, and made certain commitments regarding its advertising practices," the post said. "Intuit already adheres to most of these advertising practices and expects minimal impact to its business from implementing the remaining changes going forward."

So if you're expecting minimal impact moving forward,  how about you DOUBLE the amount for each year you took it upon your selves to charge people that were already in the low income sector and SHOW you might have an ounce of integrity with all of this!
