Windows 11 Pro, Event 63, SideBySide error occurs during installation of TurboTax Premier 2023
When installing TT Premier 2023, I noticed the following error in my Windows 11 Pro Event Log:
Since the error is declared to be within a turbotax file, can this error only be fixed by TurboTax, via a modification to the installation download? The installation download file currently installs TurboTax, then hangs at an activation screen, saying that I'm not connected to the internet. Before I notice this SideBySide event, I'd been in touch with TurboTax support, and they helped determine that yes, I was connected to the internet, and yes, I'd done all the right things by turning off firewall & antivirus and running as administrator. Please advise how to fix/where to go to for help... thanks in advance.
