Japanese credit card

Is it possible to pay my taxes using my Japanese credit card if I use TurboTax?  I could not use my Japanese credit to pay my 2018 taxes when I used TaxAct last year.  I paid my taxes by sending money to my US bank account last year but that was expensive since I incurred bank transfer charges.  Using my Japanese credit card would be cheaper to pay my 2019 taxes.

TurboTax accepts credit, debit, and pre-paid cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. Like many other U.S. online merchants, we can only process cards with a U.S. billing address.
