My second stimulus deposited on my current debit card but my third went to old bank account can i update my bank info

No. Per the IRS, this information cannot be updated. If the account was closed or no longer active, the bank is required to return the deposit. Your payment will be issued as a check to the address the IRS has on file for you. This is generally the address on your most recent tax return or as updated through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
