Over charged

While submitting my payment via Apple Pay on the TurboTax app, I continued to get the same message over and over again...”hmmm something went wrong. Check your internet connection, refresh your page and try again.” Well...I did this another four times and little did I know it was charging my credit card each time but not telling me and not submitting my taxes. So I’ve been charged $440 more than I should. This is not a good time for this to happen especially with everything going on. The only way my taxes finally submitted was by computer, which of course I was charged again. How do I get my $440 back?!

    At this time, Intuit is unable to refund purchases made through iTunes. You will need to contact Apple Support using one of the methods below:
