Routing number

When I input the routing number for my Turbo Card into my bank’s site, the bank says it not a valid routing number. Do I need to add a zero somewhere??

    Routing numbers are nine digits. If you have fewer than nine digits, try using zeros in front. Or, contact the bank that issued the card, the routing number is probably on their website.
