I’ve tried multiple times to call and can’t get hold of a representative I need to reset my turbo card Username or Password to report my card missing but they want me to put my card number in the sign which isn’t possible physically because I lost the card can I please get some help

    I've lost my card and do not know the card number to access my online account. I have funds that were deposited to the account and cant get a hold to anyone in customer service. May you please help me out here.
