All accounts paid on time but says to increase score pay accounts on time?

My score says needs improvement and to pay all accounts on time but when I go into each account reported all accounts are paid on time? Why am I getting this suggestion?

Hi! Your credit used versus credit available ratio might be not as good as it needs to be. When rebuilding my credit after divorce, I make sure I pay everything on time for one to two years, then begin to ask for a credit line increase. That will help your ratio ... it will take patience.

My payments are 100% on time however it states I need improvement.

Yes... but it takes time. You might not have a long enough history of paying on-time. It will take a few years to really register, I'm afraid.
