Ok, I have collection on my credit score, but have to collection numbers, or anything coming in the mail. How do I contact them without any info so I can pay them off?

look at the name of the collection company listed on the credit report and google it - if you find a phone number, suggest calling.

if you hit a 'dead end', call the credit bureau and ask them for contact information.

Do you know what this is for? Do  you actually owe someone this amount?

If you don't recognize what it is about, I would start with contacting the credit bureau that shows the charge and dispute it.
