Completing 2018 taxes

I was almost done using TurboTax with my 2018 taxes on 10/20/19. Now I can’t complete my taxes. I have purchased to premiere download, one is being refunded. I am now on a windows computer and need to download that software but I don’t want to keep paying and not being able to file. Now it even made me change my password because I put in my email address and it thought I had spaces in it. I did not. Please give me a number to call for help!

    A 2018 return cannot be efiled.  It has to be printed, signed, dated, and mailed.   If you need to finish the return, you'll need to buy 2018 desktop software.   If you already paid for your 2018 online return, TurboTax Support should furnish you the software.
