Why do you show me a credit score of 615 when I just got Experian’s cred score of 691???

Are you giving me a legitimate credit score or what? I’ve used Turbo Tax to do my taxes for 4-5 years now and trusted you and now I’m getting BAD INFORMATION from you regarding my credit score!!!

What they showed you is only a vantage credit score and not your FICO score.

Just so everyone’s clear turbo also tells you when it last refreshes data it takes couple of weeks to a month for your score to update unless you use a different service be patient
