I have paid all bills down 2 zero blance except 1 was 5 thousand I paid it down to1,900 a month ago my scores have not changed yet and they will be checking out my credit report for Appartment my scores now say low

Lenders may not update your information frequently. It will probably take at least a month for the pay off loans to show in your credit report. Also, if you have a history of being behind in those payments, the fact that you have paid them off now will help a little bit but that delinquency history will stay on your report for a while.
