Credit score drastic drop

In the last 3 weeks, my credit score dropped 74 pts and there is no explication for it. I didn’t open up an account, I didn’t spend any money. Nothing different happened.  What, in the world, causes a credit score to drop THAT much over night?

Also, AFTER my score dropped, I’ve paid off a credit card in full and I paid off 65% of my 2nd card (I only have the 2 cards), yet— neither of that shows on my credit report. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and it still won’t reflect on my credit report (which updated a few days ago AND today). What is going on? Why won’t it reflect on my score? What caused it to drop 74 pts over night? What has caused this?

Can someone, please, help?

The first thing you will probably want to do is review your credit reports (free from the site below) for inaccuracies or indicia of fraudulent activity.
