I have 3 derogatory marks due to me being hospitalized twice last year. Is there a way I can have them removed from my report if I pay them full?

Despite the ads for magic credit repair services, the answer is probably no, and the only person who could remove the bad mark in less than 7 years is the creditor themselves.  If you have the funds to pay in full, you could contact the financial office and ask to speak to a manager, and ask for the negative remark to be removed if you pay in full.  And if you do pay in full, the account should at least show that fact.  It might not improve your score right away but it would show up in the written report if you applied for new credit.
