I was wondering if it’s possible for you to tell me if I have an eviction on my records. Thanks

    You have to check your credit report.

     

    A court ordered eviction results in a judgment that will appear on your credit report. Also, any past due rent that has been sent to a collection agency will likely appear on your credit report.
