Its called caine and weiners and its not much but its affecting my credit and I don't know how to pay it or what it is from?

Caine & Weiner is a collection agency, so this sounds like a collection account. As stated by the other reply, if you need to dispute the account follow the steps outlined by them. But I would look into this, as it is likely negatively impacting your Credit Score.
