How stop getting automatic credit report every month

I keep getting credit reports from Intuit/ TurboTax but didn’t intend to sign up for this service and don’t recall doing so. I don’t want it. 
How do I disable this? I don’t see any way to do so in Settings or anywhere else.

    Within the email, you should find a link to edit your notification settings. Once you find this, you can unsubscribe to emails from there. You can also use this link as well: https://privacy.intuit.com/cpi/do/signin
