Intuit/Turbo tax isn’t showing my updated debt

I’ve signed up for a debt repayment program with Wells Fargo since I owed too much money and my account got closed. However, I’ve successfully brought down my debt by $800 but it isn’t showing my updated credit score or the updated amount of money owed. Is this because it’s an agreement with Wells Fargo specifically??

That is one possibility but the other, perhaps more likely one, is that Wells Fargo may not be reporting any interim payments to the credit reporting agencies. You should carefully check your credit report (link below). Obviously, you can always contact Wells Fargo directly and inquire as to how they are handling the matter.
