I have used your service before. I found it very difficult. Reviews keep saying all was well . It wasn't !

My real disappointment was I was forced to sign up for KARMA! I have no interest. I know I have great credit. The other insult is KARMA tells me They think I MAYBE Able to get a credit card!! How stupid! I probably have the best credit of anyone else

I Am so disappointed that you played such an ignorant trick. I am not sure if I will ever use your service again.

There are lots of ways to monitor your credit, some subscription, some free. If a service is free to you, it's because the service provider is selling something to someone else, such as selling advertising that targets you for credit cards or other services. Some people don't mind, but if you don't benefit from the service, you're under no obligation to use it.
