possible identity fraud? locked out of credit score check

I tried to use Turbo to check my credit score for the first time, and it asked me a series of questions about random people and places that I wasn't familiar with. After reaching the end of it, it told me that the information didn't match what was on file with the credit bureau, and after a second attempt I was locked out of trying again for 30 days. What should I do about this? Is it possible that I've had my identity stolen, or is this some automated jumble that's going wrong on their end?

Those questions with the weird options for answers are the way the credit bureaus determine that it is really you answering and not some fraudster

Any chance you answers any of the questions incorrectly. Call the credit bureau now and discuss is my best suggestion
