My social security income reported by you is $1996 when it is actually about $13500. You offer the opportunity to update income but in fact this is not possible in your app. What’s the solution.

Be sure you entered the SSA-1099 in the Retirement, Social Security SSA-1099 section.

The total SS income should be in the 1040 form line 5a and the taxable amount on line 5b.  (SS is anywhere from 0-85% taxable depending on other income).  Are you sure that the $1,996 is not just the *taxable* amount on line 5b and the $13,000 is on line 5a?

    Line 5a: $13308

    Line 5b:  $11312

Is there a way to correct on your credit profile analysis?

    Thanks, JMJ
