My total debt is not accurate, showing higher within the app, when compared to Trans Union and Equifax. It states that Total Debt Balance was updated on 18 April but the debt is actually reflecting what was on 15 March. Since this is inaccurate what else could be?

    I don’t think the problem is with inaccurate data but it is the timeframe that the system takes to update the latest data. Usually what we see might be higher when in actual fact we have already made a payment. Wait a little longer and see that the new figures will be duly updated.
