My stimulus check was sent to my Turbo Tax Visa card from last year (2018). I never registered or set up an account with this visa card because I did not receive a tax refund. I do not have the card to set up an online account to order a new card. How do I go about renewing this card and having it sent to my updated address. It says I can do this all online but I to set up my turbo tax visa account I need the card number. Please help me.
