Can I claim children from my previous marriage while my current wife claims our child from this marriage?

    You can only claim children from your previous marriage if you and your ex-wife agree that you would claim them or that it is court-ordered. 

     

    If yes, then you will be able to claim them and yes your current wife can claim her child. However, if you are married and do a joint return, you would enter all the children together.
