Does school 'snack program' count towards Ontario communit food program donation?

    This depends on if the snack program donation is registered as a charity under the Income Tax Act (Canada). To best find this out contact the school and if it is registered you would be receiving a donation receipt. 

     

    The Community food program donation tax credit for farmers is for farmers who donate agricultural products to eligible community food programs in Ontario.
