Question

Hi. I transferred my principal residence to my ex-wife as part of our separation agreement in lieu of paying spousal support. Need help

Need help with what I would put as Proceeds of Disposition and adjusted cost base given that I did not actually received a payout from transferring the house, it just resulted in not having to pay spousal support.
