How do I avoid upgrading turbo tax for $20.99 when its only for a $1 charitable donation?

Unfortunately, charitable donations are not included in the Free version of TurboTax Online. You can avoid upgrading by not entering the donation.

I HAVE NO CHARITABLE DONATIONS BUT THE PROGRAM WILL NOT LET ME PAST THE DONATIONS SECTION AS IT KEEPS TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO UPGRADE. i CLICK I HAVE NO DONATIONS IN THE DEDUCTIONS AREA. WHY CAN'T I MOVE PAST THIS WITHOUT UPGRADING?

Do you have donations on a t-slip (T4 or T4A)? Did you have unused donations from last year that carried forward? These would all count as donations and require the upgrade.
