How do I delete entry for charitable donation?Can't progress unless I update. Income is 20K. Turbotax release me please and allow me to progress?

Unfortunately, a downgrade is unavailable once there has been an upgrade. You would need to start over without the donations.

Please follow the steps below, in order, to delete the donations.

1. If you are using TurboTax Online - You will go to the Find icon (magnifying glass) at the top right, type in Donations Profile- highlight it and click on Go.
2. Check off the second box: Donation receipts made to a qualified charitable organization not reported on a T-Slip then Continue.
3. Delete your donation amount and continue- Then click on "Done with donations".
4. Go back to do #1 then #2 uncheck that you have donations and click Continue to save your changes.
