How to change the TOSI exemption election on a return?

    Go to 'Tax Home" and search for 'Tax on Split Income (TOSI),' and you can make the selection there.

    If the TOSI rules apply to your dependent(s), then you'll need to add that information in the Deductions section, under the Additional Dependants Information.

    Do the TOSI rules apply to: Select Yes or No
