How to claim the tax credit through turbotax if the spouse is not working for the entire tax year? What is the option to choose?

    To answer this question accurately, we need more information as to which option or credit you are speaking of. When asked about your spouse's income, you will put all of the year's income whether they worked or not. The total is to be used.
