In TurboTax Standard, do I select T-Slips, Receipts, Medical? Enter 1 column for eye exam, and another column for eye glasses?

TurboTax CD or Download Standard

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), if you have a prescription, you may deduct these as medical expenses. If you're a Quebec resident, vision care is subject to limitation and must be entered separately.

To enter this in TurboTax Online, please follow these instructions:

Deductions (in the left-side menu ≡)
Medical Expenses Profile
Select all of the checkboxes that apply to you.
Click "Enter New Medical Expense"
Click "+ Add Medical Receipt" or enter the total amount of your medical receipts
