Question

I live with my parents as they need help. Without claiming medical expenses, their tax payable is already zero. Can I claim their medical expenses for my tax returns?

My father has been approved for Disability Tax Credit and in a long-term care facility now.

    If you looked after your parents because they had a disability then yes, otherwise no.  If you father is approved for DTC and if your name is on that form you can claim his DTC if they don't need it.
