Is it worth submitting medical expenses (I have a lot) if I'm already getting a tax refund?

In other words, do you only receive non-refundable tax credits when you have income tax to pay?

It can still make a difference. You can enter your medical expenses and you will see if it makes enough of a difference to claim them this season or not.

    Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
