My child qualifies for disability tax credit..will this increase my refund when I claim this?

    As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), if your child qualifies for the disability tax credit (DTC) you can get the credit while filing your return. This may benefit you in lowering your income and, as a result, you may be able to save some tax and receive a refund.
