In the past, Easy step would take me to a page to calculate how much of my unused carry over losses I wish to use to reduce my capital gains. I cannot find this page in my standard TurboTax for 2024

In EasyStep mode, you can search for "Loss". Then check off whatever you need and continue through the pages to get the option to change what is being claimed for 2024.
In Forms mode, you can go to the LOSS worksheet and change the amount that is being claimed in 2024.
