What are the "other situations" when answering yes to the quebec prescription drug insurance premium page?

If you have a functional impairment that has existed since before you were 18 years old, you may be exempted from paying the premium for the Québec prescription drug insurance plan, provided you:

• live with your mother, father or tutor
• were registered by one of these people for the Québec prescription drug insurance plan
• do not have a spouse
• do not receive social assistance payments
• have a certificate of disability from the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec

You must indicate in Schedule K of your income tax return the months (complete or incomplete) during which you were in this situation in the year.
