Why is my OTB lower than last year, inspite of paying double the rent

    The amount that you receive from the Ontario Trillium Benefit (OTB) depends on a number of reasons, including age, income, residence, family size, as well as the amount paid in rent or property tax. 

    To get an estimate of your OTB entitlement, you can use Child and family benefits calculator from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
