When looking up my credit score, I noticed that under debt, it still shows that I owe on a home that I once lived with my ex-husband. He still lives in the home and was supposed to remove my name from the mortgage per our divorce agreement. My current income is very low so my debt to income ratio looks very high. Is that Why my credit score is low ?
