How do i get ahold of the places i owe?

I dont have a clue how I can get ahold of the people I owe money to. So idk how to pay them off? Can someone walk me through going about gettin a number to these companys

That's a very broad question. But if you have the last billing statement or invoice or notice from the company, that should have contact information on it. If it's a debt collection agency, then you deal with the debt collection agency directly, not the entity that you originally incurred the debt with.

What if you don't have the last statement

Pull a copy of your credit report. All creditors that you owe money to will be listed on it, with some sort of contact information - be it an address, a phone number, or something.
