1. Can you do my whole return for me this year?2. I pulled$from my Canadian RRSP can you do both us and canadian returns & howdoes the Canadian and us tax treaty apply?

They took out 25%tax and exchange rate when I pulled the $to the US. Was needed for urgent plumbing repairs
