I received 1 1099-G form for unemployment .. The problem is I put in let's say $15,000 from the 1099-G  so I have a $10,200 I don't pay Federal taxes on.  Do I enter $4800.00 for the amount of employment on the tax form as income????

You enter the total amount of unemployment compensation you received in 2020 as shown on the Form1099-G you received from your state.  The TurboTax program will exclude up to $10,200 of the compensation on Schedule 1 Line 8.   The total from Schedule 1 Line 9 flows to the Form 1040 Line 8.  You do not have to do anything concerning the exclusion.
