Question

1095-A lists less than my actual premium

I have a marketplace healthcare plan. The premium amount listed on my 1095-A form is less than what I actually paid. According to the marketplace that is because the amount listed is for the "Essential Health Benefit" part of my premium.  Can I claim the whole amount that I actually paid in health insurance premiums? And if so, where do I do this, since I am still asked to enter the info from 1095-A?

You will enter the 1095-A to reconcile the credit.

Next if you paid more than the allowance, that amount is entered under Federal, Deductions & Credits, scroll down to "Medical".
