Form 1095-C is not required to be filed on the tax return only form 1095-A.  If you have not received insurance from the Marketplace, then you do not need this form.

If you had insurance coverage all year, then answer the question yes.  That is all that is required.

Totally does not answer the question.  I am aware that I have to answer the question with an affirmative; turbo tax will not let me correct this and also keeps stating that there was a break in insurance in 2021 and wants to know the cause.   Filing jointly: husband does not carry the insurance.  Wife carries the family insurance, employer provided.  How do I respond / correct for husband as turbo tax keeps stating there was a break in his insurance.

This would not apply to federal, so which state are you filing?  Every state is different and not all states require health insurance.

Today I opened TurboTax Desktop for 2022 to review and downloaded updates (it's a bit late to make updates, but..., I got a letter from Maryland comptroller.).  Then TT notified me that there was a break in spouse's health insurance, but this didn't show up 1.5 years ago when I last used TurboTax 2022.  I can't find any 1095 forms started or otherwise.  I think there's a bug in the update (at least).
