My mother has Medicare will she get a 1095 a form ?   I am claiming her as a dependent.

    No, if your mother has Medicare she will receive a 1095-B.  This does not get entered anywhere on your tax return. 

     

    A 1095-A is only for those who have insurance through the Marketplace.
