If I entered the information from my 1099 LTC in the 1099 LTC spot do I need to also put the same amount on the medical expense reimbursement spot?

Yes, if you entered the total cost of the long-term medical care, then you do need to include the amount that was reimbursed in the medical expense section.  If you only included the cost of the long-term medical care that was over and above your reimbursement amount, then you do not include the reimbursement amount in the medical expense section.

Entering the information in the 1099-LTC section of TurboTax is used to determine if any of the amounts received from the long-term care contract is taxable to you.
