I have manually inputted the 1099-R form and then tried importing the form but turbotax is seeing the income as taxable, I did not withdraw any funds. I transferred funds from one 401k plan to my current 401k plan, how do I fix this? Box 2a Taxable amount is 0.00 , box 7 is description G, IRA/SEP/SIMPLE is checked.

If you entered the 1099-R as you described and answered the follow-up questions that appear after, the income won't be taxable on your tax return.   Look at your Form 1040 to see what line the distribution is on.    It should be in box 4a or 5a, with the word rollover, and nothing taxable in 4b or 5b.

Preview Form 1040 in TurboTax Online.

Use Forms Mode if you are using the desktop software.
