1099b import

TurboTax can only import what E-Trade provides. If E-Trade is giving TurboTax the original 1099-B, that's what gets imported. If the corrections are not too extensive, enter them manually.

TurboTax does not import from what you see in your online E-Trade account (or from what E-Trade sends you in the mail). It imports from a special import file that E-Trade creates specifically for importing into TurboTax. If E-Trade puts the original information in the import file, that's what gets imported. You could try waiting a while and see if E-Trade updates the import information.
