I purchased a new Tesla Model 3 AWD long-range vehicle on 04/15/2024. I did not get a clean vehicle tax credit form from the dealer (it was not offered to me). This version of a Model 3 was shown as qualifying for EV tax credit by Tesla and the government on 06/12/2024. Can I file an 8936 on my 2024 tax return to claim the $ 7,500 tax credit? thanks
